Things You’ll Need

  1. Stencil design
  2. Card stock, Manilla folder, or Mylar plastic sheets
  3. Masking Tape, Glue Stick, or Spray Adhesive
  4. Xacto Knife or Box Cutter
  5. Cutting Mat
  6. Patience
  7. Flat Spray Paint
  8. Talent
